"Darel Demers did an EXCELLENT job for us. We asked Darel to pick up our new washer and dryer for us and move then down our narrow basement stairs to install them. But before he could do that he needed to remove a 2â x4â stud to make the stairway wide enough to remove the old washer and dryer. This phase of the job he accomplished quite efficiently. Now for the second phase of the job and arguably the more challenging phase of the job. Replace the stud and the drywall so it could be removed again if necessary. Because the house is over ninety years old there is not a square corner or a level floor in the building. Applying the decorative trim took Darel a little longer than he had planned but when he finished the job was remarkable. What a dramatic improvement over what was there before.
