When I looked at the invoice, I was shocked. Total was $505.00. Discussed with several company employees and owner. It was like pulling teeth to get a breakdown. I was told they charge by the job. When I finally got a breakdown, $220.40 was overhead and $50.05 was profit. I worked for a piping contractor with plumbers. Maybe 10% profit and overhead. This company doubled their actual charges."
