"These guys are the best. I had a hot water heater go out at 10PM at night. They responded to me within 10 minutes and said someone would be out in the morning between 9-10am. After trying multiple times to relight it we concluded a new hot water heater was needed. I didn't know the age of it but after some searching it was 9 years old...probably had 2-3 years left. Chris was great. He jumped in the car and went to Home Depot for a new one and was back within an hour. We haggled over the price and they graciously gave me a senior citizen discount and the price was fair. Another couple of hours and I had hot water!!! Took away my old 40 gal heater and the new box for the new one. He showed me how to light it (I knew but there's one step I didn't know....hold the button for 45 or more seconds...good to know). Everyone I've ever had at Overland Plumbing (Chris is excellent as well as Erick and Patrick). These guys are nice,friendly,quick,and give a fair price. Great company...highly recom"
