"Pleasant and professional. They did a beautiful job of taking out the old fence that was on a rocky hillside and entangled in thorn hedge plants, dug new post holes and cemented the posts on the hottest day in many a month. They completed the mounting of the wrought iron fence the next day and we were completely satisfied with everything. They cleaned up around the work area which was appreciated. Beto was great to work with and was very accommodating. I do not remember the names of the other two very hard working men but their work is to be admired. We highly recommend this company."

We’ve needed to replace our two side walkway wrought iron gates and a side fence for a few years and have struggled to find a company that could design gates and fences that are beautiful, add value to our house and are top quality. A neighbor recently used MANDA so we got a referral from them and couldn’t be happier with the end product and the entire process. Moses was helpful, timely and efficient from the initial design proposal (and suggestions) through fabrication, installation and follow up. "I hired Duncan Welding to complete a double security gate project at my home. I have a concrete pathway on the side of my home that leads from the front yard to the backyard (as most single family homes do). Due to a need for containing two dogs (one of them larger), I needed to have two separate and durable gates on one side of the path. I contacted DW who came to my home for an estimate. He was prompt and listened intently on the specifications of how I wanted the gates to be (solid metal framing and wood). Additionally, one of the gates needed to have an opening since my gas line to the pool/spa is partially above ground. DW was very thorough in their questioning to be sure all of my questions/comments/concerns were addressed. Within a day or two DW contacted me and offered more than a fair price for the project. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. He explained exactly what his plan was for my particular circumstances in a way that was clear and concise. DW was confident and to the point without the lack luster sales pitch. Due to his demeanor and overall honest character, I decided to go with him. I am very happy with his work. The timeline to construct and complete the install was as stated. I couldn't be happier with the work he did. I would use him again without question and have recommended him to others as well. "As I have already stated in a YELP review...I do not usually write reviews...but sometimes a company or a job is done so well that you want to make sure that others know that this company's work is quality. This is the case with E-Z Genesis Builderz. I had 4 other estimates for fencing/gate project. I am not so picky, I just wanted to make sure that the fence that will be surrounding our home for a long time is affordable, lasting, great quality, and looks nice. My last estimate appointment was with E-Z Builderz owner Nisim. As he spoke with me and walked around the house perimeter and yard, he explained the way his company and workers do their job. I asked him a lot of questions because I have never had a fence installed. After speaking with him and his colleague (Bernardo) they measured all the fencing area (twice), we looked at photos and videos of other fencing jobs by E-Z Builderz. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and said they could start within a week (Every other company was at least 3-4 weeks behind). We went with galvanized powder coated painted wrought iron (they offer other options of wood and aluminum as well) because I like the strength, look, and the resilience of iron. AS PROMISED, his workers were here the following week with all of the iron fencing and gates, the posts and cement. They went to work to remove the old wooden fencing and then hauled it away. His men were kind, professional, and their work is incredible. The fence we have now is beautiful and my neighbors tell me so! GET AN ESTIMATE FROM THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE...!
