"I just wanted to come in here and say working with Precise Remodeling and Design and Michael was honestly such a nice experience. I’ve had a couple bad experiences in the past with other contractors so I was super nervous going into this, AGAIN, but this time everything went so smooth. Me and my husband remodeled our kitchen: new floors, added this really pretty white oak tone that completely brightened up the space, and Michael helped me pick a backsplash that actually tied everything together (we went with this light gray subway tile and it looks amazing). He also gave me some ideas for the lighting layout and even the little details like under cabinet lighting that I didn’t even think about. The crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the whole process was so easy. It’s honestly the first time I’ve done a remodel and didn’t feel stressed lol. "Communication w/MNM remodeling is nearly impossible. 2 yrs ago, we had our roof redone by MNM. This year we decided to upgrade to Solar power, thought we should check if there was any problem doing that regarding the warranty on our roof replacement. We never received the written warranty for the roof replacement. 3/14 my husband left voicemail & emailed MNM production dept also texted the owner/Amir; he needed warranty info for the roof we had replaced. Via text 3/15 Amir said he would check when he's in the office 3/17. No response! My husband followed that with a voicemail & email; text to Amir 3/17 & 3/18. 3/18; he received a text from Amir he would check on it the next morning. That was the last he heard from anyone at MNM. We got the info by contacting the subcontractor of MNM who did the roof work. The lack of response is absurd & unacceptable for a paying customer who never received the written warranty. I can?t recommend this company."

"Avi and his team were fabulous. At the beginning of the process, he was the only contractor that we had spoken to that even mentioned the abatement process and how it might affect us. He was personable and friendly and made sure our need to live in the house during renovation was addressed. He stopped by regularly and had chats with us making sure we were happy with the process. Avi made sure that we knew that something might not be the best idea but if we truly wanted it he would do it. We did the kitchen, the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, all windows, all doors including the front and garage doors. It was a huge undertaking but what a transformation. We were first time home remodelers and they walked us through every aspect of the process. When the unexpected happened, they were up front and let us know. The construction team under Luis were fabulous. We would swear Luis was a magician, the kinds of things he could get done on the spot were amazing. Definitely a man of many skills. The crew were respectful and friendly. They made sure everything was clean and livable at the end of each day. Also Joyce, the office coordinator, was awesome and we had a text thread going with her and Avi the whole time. All the permits were obtained in the proper manner and everything was done according to safety regulations. We are thrilled with all of our new home and highly recommend Finesse Remodeling and Consulting for all your interior remodeling needs."

Nicole immediately set up a group chat where she communicated to us every step of the project. We were informed what was happening, when it was happening, who to expect, and next steps. We were able to readily ask questions and always received a quick response (even on weekends). Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up. More than anything, Nicole & Oren treated my parents & I like family. They were patient and made sure to work with my parents on pricing and really spent time going over contracts and questions.
