The workers are professional, attentive to detail and unceasingly polite and friendly. Our most recent job hit a snag when the fencing that D&D had included in the estimate was unavailable because of damage from late-winter snowstorms. No problem: the workers built a fence for us instead. The change in plans probably added two days to the planned schedule, but there were no complaints, no griping about additional cost and no changes to the final price. Having dealt with many contractors over the years, I've come to appreciate how rare it is when they show up on time, complete the job to spec and charge what they say they will charge. "Workers were very communicative; prompt and careful with existing plants. They also cleaned up well afterward. It remains to be seen how drain works in winter conditions and had some issue with a $50 charge I did not see buried in fine print (thought it should have been on page one with the cost summary), but drain looks great and lawn is coming back in decently (rain day after caused seed to collect in pools and I had to rake as best I could to spread). If drain works as expected, I would upgrade to 5 stars."
