Perry Brothers Construction was a breath of fresh air and exceeded our expectations. Our initial visit was with the President of the company, who made us feel confident in the services they could provide to make our dream kitchen a reality. After meeting with the Project Manager and another team member, we started the exciting process to do a full kitchen renovation and then some. Communication was never stagnant, and every question we had was answered quickly, and when a change was required, it was seamless. They brought in professionals for every phase of different work (cabinets/carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc). Every team member that worked the various projects within the renovation was professional, efficient, present, and personable. They cleaned up as they went along throughout the day and never left a mess. We really enjoyed working with them, and our boxer, Frankie, really appreciated their presence and attention! The level of detail that the team put into their work is unmatched and very impressive. "Khaled did a major renovation for our property, including kitchen, bathroom, basement, living room and deck. The house needed upgrading of heating system, electrical and plumbing. Khaled came highly recommended from our realtor who said that he did excellent work for her. From the moment we meet Khaled it was apparent he knew his stuff. He walked through the house examining the structure and construction, pointing out defects, areas of improvements, and possible approaches. When we started the actual demo and rebuilding, his crew was diligent and very capable. Khaled takes pride in his work and is honest and reasonable and I suggest asking for his input as he always has good ideas and vision. In this age of cost cutting, sloppy workmanship, and lack of integrity, Khaled stands out as an honest contractor who cares about his work. He doesnâ t cut corners and is through and careful. His crew is also trustworthy and hardworking. Bonus points to Khaled also for being funny, smart and charismatic. Yeah this is a paean of praise but in this case well warranted. "The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because the final product looks amazing! Any issues that came up were fixed quickly and I'm so happy with the results!
