"I have used them in the past, and was absolutely floored at how professional and personal Lenny and his crew were, so there was no need to look for anyone else. We had some trouble scheduling, mostly on my part having to reschedule when they would come out.

My aunt was there, and was very impressed and had nothing bad to say, just went over and over about how great Lenny and his crew were. There was some hazardous materials which I hadn't found a collection for, that they did take, but had an added disposal fee to the final bill: I found the only hazmat collection in my area was 2x the added fee, so he saved me some money. They also saved me disposal fees by taking the old appliances I was not taking with me, plus some furniture that had no takers.

Once the crew started, there was no stopping them. Very polite, very personal, and they cleaned up every last bit of dust that they generated. They communicated well with each other, having a plan of attack, and when they were unsure if something was staying or going, they stopped and found either my aunt or myself to double check.

"They came as a three worker unit which for a single job or a simple repair would be too many people costing more than it should. I had a 24'x6' old porch ceiling with soffit vinyl needing replacement and a crawl area beneath the house with perhaps 3 feet of clearance. The utilities and sewer drain came up from the ground and were protected by a 6'x6' heated enclosure that needed insulation. During the winter the animals would dig into this and pull down the existing fiberglass batting and make their nest beneath the house. Neither job was by itself terribly hard but for one person which is what one expects when looking for a handyman they were pains (especially the crawl space box which required hours kneeling.) "Locke it In" completed both jobs well and met their cost estimate. The ceiling vinyl looks great. The crawl space box is covered in silvered R-13 Sheathing that I hope the wild life cannot use for bedding come the winter."
