Throughout the seven months: Zero Proactivity: I never received a project update unless I reached out first to demand one. Payment-Focused: The only time the company was proactive was when they were requesting a check. They prioritized their billing cycle over their construction milestones. Lack of Accountability: When I requested a meeting with the owner to provide feedback on my experience, I felt disregarded by the owner. "
