"There are many landscapers that would be happy to come to your house for a major project. I was in need of a relatively small repair. I requested several quotes and all except one responded that they were not interested for one reason or another except Genaro at Landscaping Bay Area. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my problem and was very courteous. While I had a small problem I can only imagine what he would be capable of accomplishing on a larger scale project. I would highly recommend this man and his company! PS I had no idea how to make these repairs myself. He never asked for any money. I gave him $120. and he said no and then handed me back $20. I wanted it to be as pleasant an experience for him as it was for me so I insisted. (I also didn't want to lose such a valuable resource.)"

"Outstanding work!  I plan to hire them again for my next project.  The owner, Rick responded promptly to my call and was very professional and efficient. He provided a detailed list of what was to be included in the job.  The crew of five men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the way, prepped the area carefully and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. 
Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.  
Very pleased with the end result as well as the 3 days of having this professional team in our home.

"Jerry was very responsive. He contacted me within 24 hours of my contacting him. He found the time to conduct an estimate the same day that he contacted us. We enjoyed talking with him. He looked for ways to repair our front door instead of replacing the front door. This saved us $600 to $700. His price estimate was very close to the actual cost. The actual cost was less than he quoted. He did all of the tasks identified in the work plan, which he provided to me to review and approve the day before of service. All of the repairs look and operate great! The job sites were spotless. We were extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use Jerry for future projects.
