"We had a pipe leak that caused water damage, and Yousef was the guy who showed up to help us. He was extremely professional, explained what needed to be done, and never made us feel pressured or confused about the process. He and his crew protected our belongings, removed the damaged materials, and made sure everything was properly dried. Yousef also stayed in communication with us throughout the job and answered every question we had. It?s hard to find this level of personal service anymore. Highly recommend Yousef and his team."

"I called 3 companies for estimates for the job.  Puroclean was the only one to give me a written estimate.  I wanted to get the work done asap so Mickey worked late to get me the written estimate on the same day he was here to assess the work.  It was so helpful in a stressful situation such as extensive water damage to have everything spelled out.  Mickey was very responsive to my emails and questions.  He and a technician arrived when expected, did the work quietly and efficiently, and there were no surprises.  He did not take advantage of my stress to push any extras and was never patronizing (single women know of what I write!)  Even though the work was in the crawlspace, I noticed a wonderful fresh smell in the house the next morning..  I only wish I had called Puroclean at the beginning of my ordeal with the water damage.  I am so impressed with this company that I have recommended them to my sister.  I think they are working hard to establish a good reputation and they are doing all the right things in my opinion.

"After moving into our house, we were noticing that the dryer took longer than necessary to dry our clothing. After getting many warnings regarding the possibility of dryer lint fires being caused by clog vents, I decided to get them cleaned. After searching on Angie's list I found that Busy Bees had a Big Deal for this service. After purchasing the big deal, it did take a while to schedule an appointment (missed calls), but was finally able to via email. Anthony arrived on our appointment day a bit late, but did a very comprehensive job. He made sure that he got rid of all of the lint and cleaned up after himself. After about 2 hours we had removed a large and thick layer of dryer lint. Now our dryer is working better than ever.

"Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.
Thanks to all the guys at George's Painting Inc! We will be calling again when it's time to do more painting.

"We have had several heavy rains and our basement is still dry!  This company was informative and  patient, they did not try to pressure me into signing a contract.  We got an estimate from Thompsons and Value Dry, but Value Dry left without even giving us an actual estimate!  They (Value Dry) wanted to know what our budget was before they'd even give us a ballpark price!
Jeff from Thompsons gave us a very reasonable estimate right away and was patient with questions that we had in the following week, while we were deciding whether or not to have the work done.  When we did sign the contract, they were willing to work around our schedule and got the job done very quickly.  They were very nice and cleaned up very well afterwards.  We are so glad that we went with Thompsons and wish we had done it sooner!  Its such a relief to not have to worry about coming home to a wet basement every time it rains."

"The crew knew a lot about mold and made sure everything was put it all back together. Polite, on time, and cleaned up after job.  Had no probelms."

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
Very easy to deal with, good communications, knowledgeable and professional.
