He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. He provided a detailed estimate and communicated well throughout the process. He was great at helping id work that needed to be done and showed me where and why. That included work that they could not do, particularly alerting me to roof issues. The crew put in a lot of hours and did great work, including painting the repaired areas and clean up. Where possible they used pvc materials for longevity. Definitely plan on using them again and have recommended to friends."
