"TL;DR: WOW! We had an unfinished utility area, that we wanted finished, mostly around the washer and dryer. We wound up having it split into a nice laundry area and a less-nice furnace area, with the 50 year old tile replaced with new. When Sam came over to do the initial estimate for our small job, he clearly knew what he was talking about. He corrected mistakes some prior contractors tried to talk us into, made additional suggestions (not just to get more work, a lot of it was some to save us money or make the work more effective at the same price), and was very clear about what would be done, when, for how much, and how long it would take. He proposed to do a much more thorough job, with some great additions, for a good bit less, than either of the two other companies we talked to. The excellent communication continued throughout the project; I work from home, and he would always tell me when he was going to turn off electricity or water, and when he was going to leave or return. He was very flexible about any further little changes or additions (suggesting a few more along the way, mostly tossed in for free). They just finished today, and the work looks wonderful. They even cleaned up after themselves pretty well; of course some dust leaked out, but they vacuumed up most of it in the general area. As far as I know they were even good about not letting our cats into the utility area. :-) The wife and I are impressed with the work Sam has done, and overjoyed with the value received. We have a few more little projects we will certainly be contacting them about!"

They covered everything and did not get any paint on the new floors, appliances, cabinets or countertops. They were SO careful and the work is just beautiful. "I was referred to Century Bathrooms & Kitchens by two different people that were extremely pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the company. I contracted them to do a total demo of our main floor and put in a new kitchen, powder room, and flooring and paint throughout. We also did a total demo and install of the master bathroom. Kevin is very meticulous and does amazing work and he even found space above the bathroom and vaulted the bathroom ceiling, added a sub-floor in the “attic” we did not know we had and added stairs for access. He also discovered an empty shaft in the hallway and built a nice size hall closet for me. The entire team is very professional, and they do not cut any corners. They have a showroom in Fairfax which is very helpful when making design decisions. They use quality products and the work is excellent. Honestly, I did find that they were a little higher priced, but now I see why. You are paying for quality. I have had houses built before and have had homes that needed quite a bit of work, and I have never seen a company that performs and delivers like Century Bathrooms & Kitchens. I have had several people in my house since they have finished, and they were all overwhelmed by the quality and stunning job that was done. Several of my neighbors have already asked for their contact information. I still cannot believe how smooth the process was and how beautiful my new house looks! "What a thrill to have discovered this superb contractor! We had a 3-room remodeling project (living room/dining room/library and hall) that other contractors had low-bid on -- with insufficient understanding of the project's scope. Andrei videotaped the project and developed a detailed scope of work that met our requirements exactly. The work included removing wallpaper, painting (including ceiling that slopes from 8' to 18'), installing wainscot, fixing floors, installing electrical boxes, installing new wallpaper, etc. Each of the 3 teams he brought in were extraordinarily competent, friendly, organized, and meticulous. The wallpaper and flooring work in particular is beyond perfect! We will be asking them back next year, to gut and model a bathroom. These guys are GREAT."
