"Price was good. Roofing and gutter replacement completed on time. Good group to work with, I would definitely recommend - great job."

"Free solar tube cleaning, free roof / gutter inspection, free attic evaluation & fan inspection. The 2 professionals were very nice & helpful! Had no complaints!"

"I had the roof and gutter helmets on my residence replaced by Presidential Exteriors and I was pleased not only with the quality of the work, but I was impressed by the end to end customer service from everyone I encountered from Presidential Exteriors - enough so that I wrote a complimentary email to the management. There were many customer touchpoints during the brief project: sales, insurance coordinator, material delivery, installation, project management and back office support. Everyone was courteous, professional, competent, efficient and responsive. It was clearly evident, across the board, that the entire team was dedicated, hard working and customer focused.. The project took two days for the roof, and a few hours on day three for the gutter helmets. Back office coordination and follow up was excellent and the project was on schedule and ran smoothly. They left the place spotless. Price was competitive and I am very happy with the results. I had over a half-dozen companies solicit to do the roof repairs. I am glad I selected Presidential Exteriors and would recommend them to my friends."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"We wanted to install a tiled kitchen backsplash to protect the wall near the stove from splatters but also to improve the appearance of the kitchen. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

"The workers showed up on time on the days that they said they would come, as did their tile and plumbing subcontractors. Our house was built in the 70's and we needed to have the master bath upgraded from an old single piece tub/shower combo to a large tiled walk-in shower with a bench. We also had them install a new double vanity and add built in shelves in addition to installing fixture and painting throughout. They also installed a new comfort toilet and painted both rooms of the master bath. Further, they installed new vanities, fixtures, mirrors and paint in the other two baths. Of note: we did not have them put in new tile on the floors, as we had had that done by someone else a couple of years ago. Nevertheless, they avoided any damage to the existing ceramic tiles.
One refreshing aspect of their work was that they did not try sell us more than what we wanted. When they ran into issues, they let us know right away and made sure that there were no surprises. When we did the final walk-through, they quickly repaired all the cosmetic issues that we pointed out.
JulIf I ever do further work on my house, Pierpoint, Inc. is the company that I'd use.

"Could have been any more impressed with the pleasantness, punctuality, professionalism and end product. We had a old deck with a huge tree in close proximity to the house. The removed that without even a piece of bark falling on the roof. Having someone that knows what they are doing and are trustworthy is the best combination ever. Deck was huge and they build in storage underneath that was water proof as well. Solid as a rock."

"This was a complete roof replacement. They worked for several weeks with my insurance company and eventually replaced my entire roof shingles. Their business is friendly and reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Quality in their work is very important to them and it is obvious. Will definitely keep this contractor as a favorite!"

"Fab Build Pro is fantastic. Without me paying them, they worked with me for a year, fighting my insurance to get my whole roof replaced, not just the spot I called them out for. They handled it and we fought, but the damage I had seen became worse before insurance approved the whole roof repair. I really appreciated their time, effort and dedication to the customer. When they repaired the damaged spot insurance paid for, the work was indistinguishable from the original roof, and they fixed some of the more obviously broken shingles on my roof. They are my top recommendation for roof work in the DC area."
