"Response was immediate on Sunday morning to no water. Chris got us back up and running quickly and identified the root source of the problem. The well was over-pressurized and pushing water through the pump electrical connection into the basement. They taped into the well head and put in a drain line to a small stream to take care of the excess pressure. They also added some additional drainage for the backyard as well. Great job!"

I wanted a second opinion on the nature of the problem and the cost of replacing the system. The repairman confirmed that the system could be repaired but that I would probably be better off replacing the system with a new one. He made an appointment for me with their sales representative, who explained what my options were and gave me a quote for the work. The quote was considerably lower than the first quote I had gotten to replace the furnace. I checked the company that made the gas furnaces and was satisfied with the equipment Simmons had recommended. The job was done in two days by a crew of two installers at the fixed price that I had agreed to. The installers showed up at the time I had been told they would and were happy to explain what they were doing and how the installation would work. The installation crew took away all of the old equipment and left the area they worked in completely cleaned up before leaving.
