The work was performed when he told us it would be and completed very efficiently and effectively. He communicated regularly and advised when unforeseen complications arose (there weren't many but I expected on a 30 year old roof on a 70 year old house there would be some). His pricing was transparent and fair. I would absolutely recommend Rackley Roofing and Supply for roof and gutter work in the Atlanta area."

"Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."

"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "I needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster. I would highly recommend Tru-Top Roofing for anyone considering getting a new roof."

"They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

They were punctual and professional, did the job thoroughly and even added complimentary services (free gutter cleaning and removal of branches of trees growing over the roof that would allow squirrels access). The price was fair and competitive. We had used Wildlife Evictors on our previous home and was so satisfied with the service and workmanship that we used them on our next home. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns.
