"I used AHT because of a referral from my neighbor. My neighbor and I ended up getting our roofs replaced on the same day. The communication was mostly good (had some conflicting things being told to me by different people in the company). When materials were delivered, they switched my neighbor and I's materials and delivered them to the wrong house. This was a mistake the delivery guy caught and corrected. When scheduling occurred, I was told my roof would be done first, then my neighbors in the afternoon by the same crew. They started at my neighbor's house first and came to mine second without communicating this to me. It did throw a wrench in my schedule for the day as I planned around the time they told me. I only figured out what was going on when I called the project manager at 9 am to ask where they were because they gave me a ETA of 8 am. Project manager told me they would be at my house around 1-2 pm. Both our roofs were completed by 5 pm. I did have one issue from my experience. I had a retractable awning that was roof mounted on my old roof. The representative at AHT told me to let their roofing guys take the awning off and re-install it after the new roof install, that way if there were any issues or damage to the new roof, it would still be covered, and they would fix it for free. If I allowed the awning company to re-install it and they damaged something, then it would void the roof warranty. At the advice of AHT I let their roofing guys remove and re-install the awning. After the re-install, the awning started to pull off my roof as it was not installed properly. I called AHT and they came back out to remove the awning and repair my roof. At this point, AHT asked me to call the awning company to re-install the awning. They did offer to pay for it if there was any additional cost which was a nice gesture. I did call the awning company and they reinstalled the awning properly without any issue. Long story short, if you have an awning, no matter what the sales representative from ATH tells you, let the awning company re-install the awning. AHT did make the process of insurance claims very easy, and they are serious about 100% customer satisfaction. They remedied all issues I had and were very polite and understanding of the situation."

"Mr. Prince had the BEST suggestions for how to actually correct the problem I was facing when most other companies offered incorrect repair options, or who only suggested a total tear down and replace. Mr. Prince offered by far the best solution to my repair need (vinyl siding, flashing and water intrusion) and did EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. I was onsite to witness his work, and could not have been more happy with every aspect of it. Mr. Prince also struck me as being very ethical and really focused on the best solutions and not just "up selling" . "Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. "First of all Nicki came over and inspected our roof with our Insurance agent. later on, Tony Reynold the Senior project manger came over and discussed the roofing process with my husband and I. He was very professional. The day before the job, all materials were delivered to our home. The day of the job, The Project manager Russ Zolnowski came with his crew. Russ informed me that we needed new wood on the roof, he quickly went and purchased it and the job was completed in one day. They an did and exceptional job. The roof looks very nice. Afterwards, they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would defiantly recommend American Home Tech for any roofing job."

"Wish I could give this company even more than 5 stars! We have an older home with a cellar basement and our walls were crumbling and letting in water. When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our repairs perfect. Will definitely be using this company for all future work we need done."

"When Home Genius knocked on my door I wasn't even considering getting a new roof because I figured I couldn't afford quality work and I wasn't willing to have someone get up there for cheap who was just going to mess things up or cause my work down the line. "Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match. It looks great and I am happy with the results. The job was done in a timely manner which helped out a lot . The crew did a great job. Thanks Mary"
