They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. "I called at 10am and they were able to fit me in that morning because they were in the area. Lee cleaned out the fireplace, while Kevin installed caps on the roof over the chimney and furnace vents. Lee removed TWENTY dead birds, nesting materials, and other debris. He said the fireplace is in great shape; Kevin said the chimneys looked good, but warned of a tree that's very close to the vent which can affect draft. They helped me find the on/off valve for the gas (we are new to this house so did not know where it was). Lee left the family room spotless and both he and Kevin were very knowledgeable and professional about everything. I would definitely recommend them for all chimney needs.
