"The repairs were done quickly once we made it to the top of the list and could have been completed in one day. There were more areas found once the repairs were started but they stuck with the original quote once I reminded them that I had asked about the low estimate. They found additional work that will still need to be done in the next few months and they provided pictures to explain the new finding. Their verbal estimate for those repairs are around $600 but I have yet to receive a written quote. I have to admit I was very frustrated with the lack of communication. I understand that there was a list of people who needed repairs done ahead of us and that most roofing company's are busy during the summer months, but several of the e mails or phone calls I made were not returned or very slow to be returned. All I wanted was a better estimated date or some form of communication. Our contract was signed in July and our repairs were not completed until the end of September. It was at least two months no communication initiated by them. I had to make the calls and few were returned. Not sure if I will hire again or not. The service person who was here did a wonderful job, but their communication (or lack of) was a huge dissatisfier."

"Very pleased with Michael Lee Norris' work completed, as well as the largest job in process - the rubber roofing on my 1972 manufactured home.  The side steps are sturdy, and, at Michael's suggestion, he finished off the job with lattice work that adds privacy and a visually pleasing finish.  The steps replaced at the end of the deck coming off the front door are sturdy.  The power washing he did was excellent in clearing off serious algae/moss that had accumulated over many years - the unit had been vacant for three years before I recently purchased it.  I appreciate Michael's willingness to listen to my concerns, ask my opinion as to materials and finished product I would like, and explaining the various options on the different jobs.  With the roofing, the coast climate has delayed installation but, as of yesterday, the rubber roofing is laid out and I anticipate the job being finished today.  Michael's motto is "Home Maintenance & Repair Done Correctly - Done To Last."  I would agree.  He is not the cheapest but the quality of his work and materials is worth my peace of mind and the longevity of projects completed.  And if there is an emergency, such as a leak in my roof recently during the interim time, he responds immediately and does a great 'stop gap' job.  NOTE:  the cost of service is an estimate, at the moment, which includes both what is complete, and the roofing job nearing completion. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "<p>After contacting Robben Heating about obtaining a quote on the gutters, they were very quick about coming out and giving us a quote.  I called them back to tell them that we were going to go ahead and have them put the gutters on.  Left a message and was told that they would call back.  Two weeks later I still had not heard back.  I called again and my call was then returned.  </p> <p>The work was done.  Gutters looked great.  My husband went up on a ladder and noticed that the flashing had been pulled away from the eves in order to apply the gutters, but they left the flashing pulled out and did not flatten them back down.  It was lucky that we saw that.</p> <p>We then called the company and they did come out the next day and laid the flashing down properly.</p> <br />"
