While at our house we mentioned a problem of a wet basement ceiling which we though was rain water seeping in. He soon found that an improperly installed kitchen drainage pipe had slipped and major water was pouring into the wall every time the sink was used. His diagnosis was well timed as he had to cut the old kitchen counter in order to remove the lazy susan and get to the outside wall where the faulty pipe was located.
