"Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. "Jose did a great job. He was able to remove old, nasty wallpaper in our foyer and gave it a fresh look. He also installed crown molding in the foyer, painted the stairs and installed trim around the entrances to the other rooms. He performed his work on schedule, even if that meant working late to finish the project. Overall I would definitely recommend him and would use him in the future."

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. "Excellent. Dom & Sean inspected our current damper which was causing us issues and gave us a fair quote on replacing it with a new Lock Top Cap/Damper assembly which would fix our chimney issues. They returned the next day to do the work and were in and out quickly. Very professional, honest and fair. They left no mess and were a pleasure to deal with.
