He was very friendly and knowledgeable, with great communication before arrival each day and throughout the project. You can tell he has a lot of experience with all kinds of jobs. "I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result! "

"In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"

"I would probably still like to hire this compant but have not recieved a quote for the custom closet build. Their salesperson (Jerry), met with me on January 28. He was very nice and professional and VERY knowledgable. He said I would have a quote within 1 week, after 10 days I had not recieved anything, so emailed the address he had given me on his business card. It is now February 18 and I still have had no contact from the Sullivan Co. :( Very disappointing."
