They installed a dry well and thereâ s a lot of pipes they installed under the new patio and the lawn. The patio is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The even tightened up the staircase to the deck by installing a concrete step hidden under the staircase so it isnâ t noticeable but strengthened and secured the staircase. The first step of the staircase is now a granite step - a nice surprise - which will add years to my staircase. On their way out they added grass seed to the lawn - again an unexpected surprise. "I had Hilario do a natural stone wall first with granite stone steps, all with stone material that was naturally available in my yard. He and his team did some excellent work for reasonable pricing. Most other companies don't want to even deal with stones that are already on-site, but I kind of like the idea. The stone wall looks really nice. I then had him also do the asphalt pavement of my new driveway. Outstanding job and also for very good pricing (and yes, I had several competitors bids). Lastly, I had him make me a paver stone area that is partt of a walkway. Also, real good work and it looks very nice. Overall, very professional, honest, reliable, excellent work that is reasonable priced, and the scheduling of the work was also very fast. I highly recommend him."
