"Workers were very communicative; prompt and careful with existing plants. They also cleaned up well afterward. It remains to be seen how drain works in winter conditions and had some issue with a $50 charge I did not see buried in fine print (thought it should have been on page one with the cost summary), but drain looks great and lawn is coming back in decently (rain day after caused seed to collect in pools and I had to rake as best I could to spread). If drain works as expected, I would upgrade to 5 stars."

"Chuck and his crew showed up on time on the day scheduled to installed the lawn sprinkler system.  We were told that they would be done by the end of the day and they were.  Jeff, the job foreman, knew every part of the technical details of the system and was able to explain it to us very quickly.  The entire crew was efficient, polite, and skilled.
When Chuck originally quoted us, he didn't start with a very complex and expensive plan.  He went to what we needed to get the result we wanted.  There was no need to "scale back" in order to make the project affordable.  We got the result we were looking for at a price we could afford.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

"The diamond was recovered successfully and the drain cleaned at the same time. In addition, I would like to add that John has provided many services at my home over the years. I am thankful that he wears many hats and has been able to help me on each occasions --garage door, dishwasher, screen door repair and as mentioned, even in my time of panic, when I lost my diamond down the drain. I trust him in my home, and he gets the job done as stated. He has ALWAYS come through for me. He is professional and respectful. He takes the time to listen and understand what I need and has made great suggestions on things I would not have even considered. This is important to me, as I do not have the answers and do need someone who has excellent analysis and reasoning skills. I am confident in sharing his name with family and friends, knowing he will provide excellent service. John also provides a very detailed invoice and his prices are excellent. He has made my life much easier!"

"Did a great job. Staff was helpful with questions we had about our system. Respectful of out property. Would definitely recommend them.."

"Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Keith was respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with me and all my questions. He offered to come back to make adjustments if needed and did! He also taught me how to add small sprayers to a flower bed! Great value too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."

"Optimist Technician, Jerome McCarter, came out diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He was punctual, professional, thorough and respectful. He also gave me tips on maintenance of the system. I was delighted that he got the system up and running as it was extremely hot in the house. He did a great job."
