Luis holds a General Contractor license, Home improvement license, alongside with other licenses. He has an electrical company and has been supervising construction sites for years now. They worked on three separate large projects: (1) a main-level kitchen, dining and living room remodel, (2) basement refinish and mudroom rebuilt (3) bathroom, primary bedroom and family room remodel. They stand behind their work and take pride in it. We have a house built in 1838 which needed external repairs to deal with weather, recently becoming more severe. They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. They rebuilt an elaborate rear yard fence and built a privacy gate. It is our pleasure to write this review, we feel lucky to have them available."

"Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "
