From the initial quote to the last piece of trim he installed in our newly renovated kitchen Alex's work was impeccable. He completely renovated our kitchen and the scope of the project included adding an adjoining room that was separated by a bearing wall. My house was built in the early 1900's before there were codes. My upstairs was supported by 2 x 6's so Alex needed to install 2 x 8's plus add a 16'L x 14"H x 5" W beam to hold up the 2nd floor. I've always considered myself a resourceful person when it comes to figuring out ways to lift heavy objects but Alex resourcefulness definitely takes the cake. If you are looking for a contractor that you can trust, that can provide a fair price and do excellent quality work, Alex is your man."
