TLDR: this is a low integrity team. It seems that our basic questions triggered a fear for them of losing payment. Thus, they decided to abandon ship instead of showcasing integrity for respecting their commitment. Afterwards, I called their office, sharing the story with a manager named Jenn. She said they?d call right back. It?s now more than 24 hours. No call back. "
