"Best flooring in Delaware very professional"

"Mr. Green came to my mother’s home to install a ramp over her front steps off of the porch. He was on time, efficient and the job was well done. We appreciated his professionalism and timeliness. He had been recommended by a friend who had used him to do some plumbing work for her and it was a great reference."

"Stairs were done beautifully. Floor work very well done. 3 men came. Communication a bit difficult due to language barrier Freshly painted walls scuffed during work at baseboard level. Did not come with any cleaning tools. Used my brooms, dust pan and snow shovel Arrived at 10:30 AM. Finished at 5 PM"

"Great salesman, best price out of three other bids, and believe we received the best job, the installer Dennis was one of the best I've ever had, would highly recommend them to everyone ."

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."

"It was excellent. They were very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable about what I needed, and did some work that they didn't have to do. I would recommend them anytime."

"We hired this company to replace the kitchen flooring. The job was to remove the existing vinyl flooring and install new flooring. Mr. Rodrigues made all efforts to accommodate our needs. There was a lot of change request from us in that they had to wait to finish the portion of flooring next day. The dishwasher area had to be refinished, which was out of scope work. A plumber had to disconnect and reconnect the dishwasher. He worked all along with us patiently. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for the wonderful work."

"Sam and his team are excellent craftsmen. They work hard and do the work right. I’ve used them multiple times and I will continue to use them."

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."
