He had no issues replacing the toilet and even fixed some of my plumbing to make the water heater more efficient. He definitely knew his stuff when it came down to not only installing the water heater, but programming it at 130 degrees instead of the typical 120 degrees (due to a specific type of bacteria commonly found in our water around here). It took about an hour longer than expected to drain my old water heater due to all the sediment in it, but he still charged me the original price that he quoted me, so I was pretty thankful for that.
