Royce came out to do an estimate, was very thorough and explained everything to me, but he also patched some spots to hold me over until I can hire him to replace the roof. I've had others come out that use high pressure sales tactics, but Asociados was nothing like the that. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
