We drew up a wish list which ultimately became a detailed plan with two rooms, a full bathroom, an egress window, new stairs and electrical box, and storage that included many shelves and doors. Other contractors might run screaming from customers like us, but these people—these talented, highly-skilled, hard-working people said, “Okay!” Over the years really good men and women have help repaire and maintain our homes. "Our Technician Alex called us in advance to advise he would be at our home within 10 to 15 minutes & he was right on time. He was friendly & pleasant & advised us about how long the job would take. We have a dog we watch during the day & Alex won him over by talking kindly to him & allowing him to follow him to our Cellar where the old water heater needed to be replaced. Again Alex was on time telling us that his replacement would take approximately an hour's time & that's about all it took. He worked quietly & efficiently & explained how the new heater would work once it was installed. He was neat & cleaned up after himself & we couldn't have been more pleased that this process from originally making the call only took a few days for us to get the Job set up. We would definitely call this Company in the future if any Plumbing or Heating repairs are needed. "<ul> <li>Walked me through step by step of what was going to happen.</li> <li>Had an appointment to pick out everything for the bathroom.  While this sounds like fun, it is very stressful and the team that I was working with could tell I was getting stressed and changed the way I was picking out each item.  Then it all came together and I left very happy.</li> <li>Started a week earlier than they gave me.</li> <li>Had a lock box on the house, never saw the crew, but they left everyday with a very clean area.</li> <li>It almost was like Christmas when I came home from work to see what was done each day.</li> <li>Called me when they found an issue, (I knew they would find something) walked me through it and told me what they were going to do to fix it.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Office called me to let me know when they would be back.</li> <li>Little did I know, my neighbor was keeping an eye on what was going on and told me after the end of the project that they were very professional while they were at the house.</li> <li>They told me the job would take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they were right on.</li> </ul> They tore out my flooring, ceiling, walls.  New plumbing was installed, new electrical work was done. <br /> Everything new was put in.  I didn't originally have a medicine cabinet, and they put one in.  I wanted a corner shower, which the plumbing would have to go on an outside wall, so additional insulation and changes needed to be made to protect the plumbing from the cold. They suggested to put in a smaller vanity to give me more room in a very small bathroom, and it looks fantastic.  <br /> The bathroom is more than I thought it would be.  Absolutely love it.  I show it off any chance I get. <br /> This is the second major project I've had Ivy Lea do and again, they made the job stress-less. <br />"

"Price was reasonable compared to some other prices that we got from others. One estimate was much more expensive and the other was really cheap, I thought. They measured and estimated. Very punctual. Got the job done in 3 days. Had a few problems with workmanship at first. After 2-3 weeks some wall grout cracked. Called Patty with concerns and she was right on it! They came back and fixed everything. In the end, a good job but just a little sloppy. Some of the small glass 1 inch accent tiles were installed a little crookedly and had we some pinholes in the wall grout which they mostly fixed. (I fixed a few that he missed myself with the leftover grout). Noticed that the color of the grout on the floor dried unevenly. It dried chalky white in some places. I spoke with Patty. She suggested mopping the floor a few times with water and vinegar. We finally made an appointment when mopping did not help very much. 2 guys came and were able to fix it in about 30 minutes with some 15 year color enhancing grout sealer. Now the floor looks great. We had some problems but they made good. Patty was very professional and eager to help us with the few situations that we did have. Very good customer service. Thank you Patty for your help! Our new bathroom looks nice. <br />"
