I am a New York State licensed Architect experienced in residential and commercial projects. My fees start at $500 for signed drawings, then it's goes up from there with depending on project size, complexity and number of site visits just to give you an idea. Generally my professional rate works out to be about $50/hr. For design renderings, my fees start at $200 and go up depending on time and complexity, but generally work out to about $30/hr. I am a sole proprietorship with little overhead and because of that, I have very low prices compared to bigger residential firms out there. I also have a flexible schedule to get projects out in a reasonable timeframe.
