From the first phone call, he was professional, polite, and helpful, walking me through every step that may need to be taken and taught me so much that I didnâ t know about our pool and the whole heating system- it is clear he is extremely knowledgeable on pools. Our previous pool heater was very old so he (and the plumber he brought) ran into some unforeseeable issues that ultimately extended the time it took to get the new heater installed and did add some extra material costs, but overall the cost was reasonable given how much extra labor time it took.
