"A couple of months ago my father-in-law suffered a major heart attack, and unfortunately, he is now in hospice care. Within four days Mike has gotten the pool cleaned up, and at a very reasonable price, especially considering all the work he did, and a number of times he's been out there. And my mother-in-law could not be more grateful. She really needed this, and Mike obviously saw how important this was to her, and came through for her with flying colors.
