"My first instinct about this job is that it required two persons to do correctly. After the professional serviced my distillate pump and then said he would blow nitrogen through the exit tube, the results were very temporary. After I replaced the pump (gaining, perhaps, only light to show there was still a problem), I determined that the line was totally blocked. Not yet sure how I will replace, as I am too old and heavy for attic crawling; have a length of reinforced clear tubing set to arrive tomorrow. I think heat and 18years melted the old tube shut."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "I had what I thought was a structural issue with a beam that was supporting to top floor of my two-story house. The beam looked like it was buckling and splitting and I was worried that it could potentially cause the house to collapse. I called Dan to come and take a look at the beam and give me his opinion. Thankfully Dan was able to come promptly and showed up to the appointment punctually. Dan examined the beam and assured me that the beam was still sound and able to support the house and it had what was called "shrinking" of the wood which caused the splitting appearance. He even gave me some suggestions on what I could do to support the beam further utilizing straps that could be purchased at Home Depot. I couldn't be more appreciative of Dan's expertise and suggestions. He didn't try to sell me on a major construction project that I probably didn't need. I would definitely hire Dan for a future project based on his expert knowledge of construction."
