"I live in Apollo Beach and had a sprinkler pump that had stopped working. I called the people that installed the pump. It was about 5 years old. They told me that I needed a new pump and that the pump I had was not the correct one (even though their company installed it).That a new 40' line from the well to the pump was needed. They quoted me $3500. I knew better. I called Bay Area Pump and Well Service right here in Apollo Beach. Wesley Carter and his son came out right on time. They diagnosed the problem as a bad check valve at the well connection and replaced it. They also cleaned out my jet pump and redid the input plumbing into the pump. Installed a ball valve. He explained to me why and how the pump malfunctioned and what he did. They were respectful, courteous and professional. Their charge for parts and service was $200 that included a service charge. They saved me a lot of money. They will be recommended to my family and friends if they need this service.They are honest and reliable."

"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"

"Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. "Trevor and the company are nice people,but not all things are not explained up front. Like all the different payment options, and drywall repair and painting. I thought if they cut a hole in the dry wall, that it would be returned like it was. Tony did repair and paint the drywall, but the wrong color. When Shawn asked me about the work Tony did, I told him about the Painting, He said he would call Trevor about it, Trevor called and said that they were not suppose to paint the drywall, but if I picked out the paint, he would send Tony Back, Tony did the repaint. They also wanted to be paid before all the work was done, I never pay in full before the work is done."

"A valve developed cracks over the years and began leaking and eventually shooting water in all directions.   From the beginning the scheduler was courteous and helpful setting the appointment.  The repair rep was here on time, very professional and had all the needed parts on his truck.  The repair was done quickly and done right within the initial visit.  I am very pleased with the whole experience and my pump is working perfectly.  Before leaving, he also answered my questions and adjusted the sprinkler system's timer for me.

"I called Pasco Pump, (found them here), after calling another plumbing outfit I had found on Google.  I had no hot water in the tub/shower in a rental unit that had just been rented, but no amount of money would get that first company out here that afternoon.  I realized it was late in the day, (4PM), but ... come on!
That's when I remembered I'd joined Angie's List when we first moved to this area a few weeks back.   I found Pasco Pump and gave them a call.  Sue, (the owner's wife), answers the phone there, and I explained my circumstance and what I needed.  Her husband, (and owner of the company), Bill was here an hour or so later.
Unlike many, Bill was willing to do the part of the job I needed done, and leave the rest to me to finish.  He even cut his normal service call in HALF because his part of the job took so little time.  I didn't ask him to do that ... he just did it.  He was more interested in being fair than he was in how much money he could make from every call.  How many tradesmen do you know like that these days?
On the phone, Sue was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and in person Bill was presentable, personable, and professional.  Not to mention a nice guy to boot.  I will definitely use Pasco Pump from now on, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
P.S.  Something that matters to me as a veteran is that Bill is too.  A Marine, but I didn't hold that against him!  ;-)"
