"Leak has been stopped, great service, very professional. Will definitely recommend and use for any roof issues!"

"Keith guided me through where he thought my leak was coming from, told me how to repair it myself including what product would work the best. I had Keith inspect my roof, he patched several other locations. I plan to have Midwest Diversified do some other work in the future. I am very pleased with Keith-he is a true professional, treats customers with respect, provides on the spot estimates, is not pushy or aggressive in his sales approach. I would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to call him back again."

"One of the representatives came out and gave us an estimate on what needed to be done.
When the insurance adjuster came out they were here to walk through everything to make sure they understood the adjuster's findings.
There were some issues between the two that took sometime to work out
They sent a crew out and replaced the roof. The crew did a good job and did really well a making sure the yard was clean of trash and ran a magnet machine across the yard to make sure they got all of the nails picked up as well.
We worked together to arrange for a certified HVAC company to come out and replace the HVAC issues to make sure it was done right.
A couple of weeks later they took care of the damaged window wraps
A couple weeks after that they sent a crew out to replace the identified guttering.
Job complete.

"Matt and Katie are considerate, driven people running a specialized remodeling business.  They are pleasant
and concerned every step through our process.  The old roof was removed and the yard was picked up so well that we didn't find 1 nail during the final walk through.  They even took a bunch of pictures of everything that we have saved on our email.  We got a leak barrier on our roof now underneath our shingles so we our confident our roof will never leak again.  Our home had a lot of woodrot, we are tired of painting.  And we are so happy to say we won't ever have to again.  The new James Hardie fiber cement has colored in paint and our house is the nicest looking home on the block.  All of our neighbors have commented to us on how beautiful our new home is.  The crew was so polite, I simply can't express how awesome this huge job went.  Matt was at my home almost everyday and updated me regularly on the phone.  Me and my husband argued so much over the last 2 years over all the home remodeling that was hanging over our head.  And Matt took all our burdens, and with a very low cost, made a miracle happen.  We want to tell them how great they are to us, and we hope our sincere words help them with more work from other people who need need a REAL company ran by a REAL  family to be there for them.  I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.  This is the best remodeling company out there.  We had over 10 estimates and they stuck out to us and delivered a 100% perfect job.

"Due to a hailstorm we recently had our roof replaced by American Commercial Roofing. Their sales representative, Chuck, worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure that he had all of the information necessary regarding the storm and the amount of damage that the roof had suffered. In addition, he stayed up on the timing of the supplies delivered to our house prior to starting work as well as timing for the roofing crew. The crew was polite, worked very hard and efficiently as they were able to remove the original roof and install a new roof in the same day. The crew did a great job cleaning up all the debris that came from replacing the roof. I would recommend American Commercial Roofing to any of my friends and relatives."

"Hard-working crew! Were on the roof removing shingles within 5 minutes of arrival. Excellent job of cleaning up after completion of work. A superb job of shingling! I recommend Crown Exteriors without reservation."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
