"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Had a good experience with Home Pro America replacing our deck and picture window. Kelsey, the sales rep we worked with, took the time to listen to our specific wishes on both projects. He came up with a window option that was just what we wanted, and more challenging, worked with us on plans to build a deck to the unique design that we had in mind. Use of helical screw piles instead of concrete footings was key to the construction, and resulted in an extremely solid deck. (An added benefit to the screw piles was how easily they were installed, without tearing up the yard making concrete footings - very slick.) Deck looks great, with no maintenance decking and sturdy aluminum railings. Project took a while to complete, about 6 weeks to get started, but that was as advertised. There was one aspect of the decking design that was not done by build crew per specified design, but when called to project managerâ s attention, was corrected with apology and no hassle. Job well done."

"We were extremely satisfied by all three phases completed by Kastle Construction. The roof was done first by Randy and his crew, they did a fantastic job. The windows and siding were installed by Brett and Allison and the finish project exceeded expectations. We commend all of them for being hard workers and paying close attention to detail and craftsmanship. We would highly recommend them."

"We got three other estimates. We chose them because although they were the second highest price, they had the nicest windows. We thought the price was good for the quality. It was reasonable. It was a combination of things that made us choose them."

"They've been out several times; done work in a timely and workmanlike fashion. They gave me the cell number for the crew foreman so I contact him directly when the roof needs clearing."

"It went very well. The service was excellent and they made sure everything was done accordingly."

"They did a very good job. They were quick and I am very happy with the work that they did for me."
