We met with Mike and he was extremely knowledgeable about what plants, shrubs, and trees would perform well in this climate and in our yard. In addition, he was able to add lighting that looks great. Communication was awesome. We did want a few specific things, but then Mike took it from there and designed wonderful areas of our yard space. Blake designed a fabulous plan with pavers to our shed, a wonderful water feature that we love, lighting that looks amazing at night, a fire pit which the grands love for roasting marshmallows, and trees and other plantings to tie it all together and a sprinkling system to keep maintenance easy. "Great experience from start to finish! I would be happy to recommend his services to family and friends. Throughout the process he was punctual and communicative, I was always well informed what was happening. During installation of the panel he discovered a bad meter box that needed to be replaced, it was unavoidable. He was able to complete both repairs in a timely manor. Due to what work was performed a state inspection was required. it passed with no issues. "Called Tim a couple of months ago for an estimate on three projects I needed done. Removing and replacing the railroad tie steps was a priority. We talked about a couple of options over the course of a couple of weeks after the intial visit. After agreeing on a plan, Tim set a date to do the work and was on time and ready the day we planned. He removed the railroad ties and replaced them with landscape pavers and blocks, then  finished off the retaining wall with matching wall blocks. The project
took 3 days.

"They are really good and we have a contract with them. This is our second year with them and they are good, prompt and thorough. I had to probably remind them only twice of things they missed. They are always very good and they come out every week during the summer and as needed during the winter time. They are local. They don't do the trees; we have someone else for that. They are here all the time and the quality is excellent and if its not then we talk to them and make sure it meets our standards. "Technician arrived, looked at both of the installed fans, and said he would have to charge me $109.00 "Diagnostic" fee to remove the covers of the old fans to see how they were wired. I asked if that fee would apply to installation of the new fans and he replied "No". Was not a very pleasant technician. I told him I would seek someone else to do the job, which I did."

"I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"
