"My experience went very well. Dan emailed me back even with his busy schedule and set a time to complete my Big Deal offer within a week of contacting him. He also called me 30 mins prior to his arrival at my house to give me time to meet him. He arrived at my residence on time and was very professional and courteous. I showed him where I wanted the tv mounted and he suggested the best height for the mounting. I had to return to work and left him unattended in my house. When I returned my tv was mounted with no signs he was ever there. My house was left locked and secured and he did an excellent job! The responsiveness of the system has been great so far.
