"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Ordered 4 hours of handyman services from Hoods last Monday using a special offer from Angie's List. Within 2 days I was contacted and had the service scheduled for one of the three times that I requested. That was today, a week after the original request. Very nice! Mark showed up on time today ready to install my new dryer vent. He did the carpentry and made a trip to the store for a few parts and got the work done on schedule. He also replaced 5 outside floodlights using his ladder. Overall used up the time as paid for and did a fine job. Very impressed with the service and ease to get the first step in our bathroom remodel completed. We will use Hoods again for home services. I was very pleasantly surprised and my expectations were exceeded.

"I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. I would recommend these two workers anytime for any type of assistance. Please extend our thanks to these two men again for us, John & Linda Sutton"

"I was called a couple of days after the coupon was purchased, I request a consultation.  Two days later R & R came to my home and explained what I can expect from the 16 hrs of painting and pressure washing coupon.  I did the prep work that R & R suggested I do to maximize my coupon (with some tools they let me borrow). 
R & R were very flexible, and willing to work around my very busy schedule.  
When R & R arrived at my home, Rob (alone) got right to work.  He is very friendly and we worked together knocking out wall after wall.  He explained everything he was doing and was very skilled and fast.  It was like working with a buddy.  
Overall I am very satisfied and will hire R & R for my next projects.  If R & R can not assist in a task, they know the right people for the job.

We didn't have to do anything except moving our own furniture which we chose to do and maybe serving him a complicated coffee:) Plus his price was very competitive and fair compared to other ones I got. "We could not be happier with our decision to hire Hobbs Remodeling to replace the tile floor in our master bathroom. They are extremely quick and responsive with communication, and the job was completely done exactly one week from the day that I first contacted them. They arrived on time or early each day, worked diligently all day, and left us with a beautiful, expertly-done tile floor and tiled shower floor. Early in the project, they discovered that water had leaked over time and rotted a portion of our subfloor. There was a gaping hole under the tile that we originally had. They also discovered that the layer of backboard (?) that goes above the subfloor and under the tile had been improperly installed the first time, which is what contributed to our original tile floor cracking and needing to be repaired. They replaced the rotten subfloor and correctly installed new backboard before laying the tile. It is so wonderful to have peace of mind knowing that we have a solid, sturdy, safe floor to walk on. In summary, the finished product is absolutely beautiful, these guys are friendly and professional, the work only took 2 1/2 days, and my dog loved them! We are already planning some home projects for early next year and they are the ones we will be calling!"
