"I hired Great Basing Roofing to repair a roof leak. Carlos showed up within a week for the estimate and another week to do the repair was excellent! He communicated and delivered. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because until we get some rain, I cannot prove that my leaking roof is fixed. He was also a bit higher priced than others I had bids from, but they were flaky and Carlos wasn't. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
