The communication was excellent as well. We had a pretty good rain on the first day and his crew did not come out due to it being too wet to dig. Kevin contacted me ahead of time to tell me they would reschedule for later in the week. They held to that promise. Kevin met with me after the install and showed me how to work the control box and make sure all of my questions were answered. I held off writing this review until spring of the following year. I was really concerned due to the really cold weather that we had during the winter that I would have issues with broken pipes. I tested all of the sprinklers in March and everything worked great. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a quality irrigation system installed."

"The 6+ foot tall grass and weeds which had plagued the street edge were taken care of efficiently. All of the grass that was overgrowing upon the house was trimmed back. The grass, weeds, and trees that were encroaching upon the drive were trimmed back and limbs removed. Two years worth of nature running its course had been alleviated near the house in four and a half hours by the Mickeys Lawn Care couple. All of my interactions with Mel had him showing concern for the state of the property and a desire to do more than what I was asking of him within the same estimation of cost. I was happy with Mickeys Lawn Care as a service and as people."

"Gentleman was punctual and professional. The service itself though was very underwhelming and lackluster. I imagined it being a through inspection of my sprinkler system, as it was implied on the purchase. For sure, no sprinklers were "adjusted". Instead, it was digging up the valve to it and shutting it off. Nowhere near as detailed as expected, and honestly something that I could have done myself. I wouldn't recommend that particular service, as it didn't seem like a "special" service except for those who may be unwilling to do a small bit of manual labor. I'm not the biggest fan of sprinklers, so it may just stay shut off until further notice, but I won't use him to re-activate the system."
