"I usually don't take the time to leave many reviews, but I felt particularly compelled to leave a review for Ken and his team. We had several contractors come to take a look at what we needed. We had an old wall oven that sat under a counter top range. That oven broke and we could not replace it with anything similar so we ended up buying a single slide in unit. We needed the space cut out and rebuilt for this slide in unit. This required moving a gas line and installing a new electrical outlet (since the unit was duel fuel). This also required cutting out the existing cabinetry and our existing quartz counter top. Plus the actual installation of the unit. We had several contractors (over months) who either told us this couldn't be done or suggested to us that we replace our existing counter top completely. Ken came and did an estimate and felt fairly confident his team could accomplish this. They did amazing work and installed our new unit without any issues. I honestly thought we would need the help of several teams of people (plumber, electrician, etc) but by using Ken, he arranged and coordinated for all of the work to be done through his team, making this so much easier than we thought. The work was done quickly and efficiently so we weren't inconvenienced at all. In addition to the work, Ken was always punctual to all appointments. He was responsive to text and email inquiries and his team was very professional (from his adminstrative assistant, to the guys that came to the house). I will definitely be calling on them again, as we have an old house that always needs work done. I believe Home Experts are home builders and they can handle big remodel jobs as well. Overall I had a great experience with this company."

We shared our vision and he creatively found ways to make it happen, not only executing the ideas we had, but also enhancing them. Furthermore, during the course of the project Andy discovered unrelated electrical issues (and ensured they were resolved); we so appreciated him going the extra mile and helping to prevent what could have been a dangerous situation. Had it not been for unavoidable delays due to backordered flooring, the project would have been completed right on schedule or perhaps even a little ahead of schedule, a refreshing experience given the horror stories we had heard from others who used different contractors for their home projects. We are very satisfied with our newly redone kitchen and adjoining room add-ons and are already envisioning utilizing Yesteryear Construction for a subsequent remodeling project."

"Can’t say enough good things!!! Hired Oscar & his crew to take up old landscape edging & replace with pavers, box in existing flowerbed & replace rotted railroad ties at back of property. The temperature & humidity were terrible but it didn’t slow these guys down. They were here for 2 1/2 days & were willing to do anything I asked. At the end of each day they cleaned up the property taking away any debris. In the end my property landscaping looks brand new & I am very pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!"
