"Two men spent over 3 hours putting a desk together without me supervising, which again I guess was a mistake. When they said they were done I appreciated there hard work n saw the desk looked nice n tipped them 40$ over the 120$ payment agreement. After they left I went to organize n setup everything n the drawers wouldn't pull in n out properly ! Can't even use the desk at all! I paid them almost as much as the cost the desk. This is totally unexceptionable n unprofessional! I'm 83 years old n I was very kind to them n they took advantage of me. N that is considered elder abuse! Now I would like my brand new desk fixed to its proper working condition.. PLEASE"

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
