He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "Weather was our biggest issue. Storms throughout the summer continued to require that we reschedule the start of our work. With each reschedule, Ed contacted us in advance and we easily found new start times. When the work started Ed arrived on schedule and worked diligently until the job was complete. From my description of the job, it is easy to tell that this job required special expertise in addressing the various issues on the walls themselves. Ed knew just the proper products and had the professional skill to solve all of them. Walls were scraped, resealed and stucco was repaired. Amy, Ed's wife, is an expert in doing detail work. The outside of our house looks brand new and we've had numerous compliments from neighbors. Next year we're doing the inside of the house, I'm going to get on their schedule.
