"The work I asked JP General Construction to undertake was the demolition of a 40 year old concrete in-ground swimming pool that was far past its prime. Steve Norfolk (owner) installed a new sump pump and backup battery in February 2013. We have not had a moment's trouble in three years. We recently had a power outage and things continued to work well. Since it was the first time we had to rely on the backup battery, I wasn't familiar with the change in pumping sounds, etc and worried that all was not well. I called, spoke with Mary and requested if they could come back out and check my system. Steve came out to the house, took a careful look at everything, explained (again) what to expect and what to look for in the future (i.e. - when the battery was showing signs of needing to be replaced.) He was extremely patient and thorough, and did not charge me for his time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are professional, thorough, patient and most importantly, stand behind their work and customers no matter the length of time.
