"Dave Philpott arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time to winterize our sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable about our system and was excellent in explaining what he was checking and in answering our questions. Dave completed everything that was explained to us on the appointment confirmation (which we received the day before his arrival). We are delighted to find this reliable professional. We're confident that our sprinkler system is now in good hands. After years of inconsistent service care, we feel confident that Dave will keep our system in tip-top shape!"

"We hired H.I.M. to repair a leak in our irrigation and test the whole system. They quickly identified the problem and fixed our soakers. They were incredibly knowledgeable, very well-priced, and took great care not to damage our yard during the repair. Highly recommend!""

"Needed sod and pea gravel installed for our backyard. Also our existing sprinkler system was broken. Steven called and set up an appointment for a quote. He was courteous, professional, and on time. Other (pros?) from home advisor didn’t even call, or were late/no show for quotes. We hired Cali Palms and are very happy with the service, follow up, and overall experience. Steven did everything he said he’d do, and provided samples prior to installing. We had an issue with one sprinkler head, and he personally came out the next morning and fixed it. Project was done on time, price was fair, and it looks beautiful. I would definitely hire again!"

"Excellent service and very punctual"

"I am extremely happy with my new smart sprinkler system. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I especially appreciated that they offered a payment plan, which made the project much more affordable and stress free. The system works great, helps keep my lawn looking healthy, and the convenience of controlling it with smart technology is amazing. It also came with a warranty, giving me peace of mind that my investment is protected. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. The entire team was awesome and exceeded my expectations. Written by hand, Wendell Payne, PO1 (Ret.) United States Navy"
