Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Nolensville, TN

"Exceptional workmanship. They were very professional and replaced entire deck floor and cared about their project. We consider ourselves lucky to have found them. He does it right!!!"

"They were punctual and thorough. Design was somewhat complex with a large pergola and when there were solutions that needed to be arrived at the communication was excellent. Quality of the construction is very high quality and precise. We have had a lot of work done on our house and one thing that seemed to be a common thread among contractors was that once the sub-contractors got started the contractor would leave. Often-times the subs would take advantage of this and cut corners or do sub-standard work that would have to be done over again. This was not the case with Southern Decks. The brothers that are owner-contractors and make sure that they are present at all times when work is being done. They are very accommodating when there are changes that come up and either do the work or communicate a very fair price for the extra work. They do not take advantage of being in the middle of a project to impose extra charges. The work on the deck infrastructure was so good in its integration with the structure of our house that some areas of the floors inside of the house were notably more stable. It is as if we also received work to further reinforce the subfloor in part of our house for free. I wish there was a way to post pictures here because the deck and pergola is really awesome looking. I would heartily recommend Southern Decks for your deck project."

"Very nice and a pleasure to work with! Joe and his team completed a big job on time and worked with me when unforeseen changes needed to be made. Iâ d highly recommend Blue Wave Pressure Washing for any new fence or fence repair jobs."

"Responsive, communicative, helpful team! Wr enjoyed working with Collin and Mary. The sunroom looks great! SBC wasnâ t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and we wanted someone whoâ d do a nice job. They did! I wish the crews wouldâ ve cleaned up after themselves more (trash; caulk on windows), but that seems to happen with every home project. Will hire SBC again for future house projects."

"VERY knowledgeable about materials and installation. Great about proactive problem solving. Truly competent!!! Demonstrate honesty and integrity. A deck and screened porch rehab project that turned out great!"

"In November and December we had our old decrepit 20x24 deck removed and replaced with a large screened porch with a cathedral roof. We looked at five proposals and chose American Services of TN LLC for design and price. Uzi Shmueli and his support Debra clearly understood our vision. The crew's work was outstanding under difficult weather conditions. The structure is, in a word, beautiful. We added a patio to the project and it was integrated seamlessly. I recommend American Services to those who know what they want and know how to express it. Uzi will match the vision. His support and crew are outstanding."

"Very friendly and efficient. Repaired support structure, installed Trex flooring, and removed debris. Done in a day. Awesome experience. Highly recommend."

"Dale was great! Professional and knowledgeable …did a great job on our deck."

"Great working with MJ Remodeling team on my decking. Excellent results with awesome customer service. Will reach out to them on my next project."

"Thomas was very professional. He did an outstanding job repairing our deck which was built poorly by previous contractors. I will definitely hire him again in the future."
