"Eric Mouradian (owner) responded promptly to my request for urgent replacement of a newly-broken hot water heater. He showed up on time, provided outstanding service, cleaned up after the job, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!"

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"Steven showed up and was able to repair our AC after two years of multiple repair companies that could not help. Everyone else said we had to replace when Steven was able to determine that it just needed a quick repair. He was professional and so pleasant. English is not our first language but he was so patient with us. Highly recommend!"

"Yes, one day install conversion from tank electric to tankless gas with water softener"

"John from Johnny Rocket Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job installing our water heater. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. "By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. The price was very reasonable too, regardless of the circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars."

"Not easy finding an HVAC company willing to install a gas steam boiler. These guys did it all and did it well, removing the old oil burner and oil tank, installing a Weil McClain boiler including steam piping and hot water, installing gas piping, electrical and plumbing, including all inspections, even leaving me a temporary hot water heater until the furnace installation was completed. They fully accommodated my schedule as well. The town electrical inspector who came after installation was complete confirmed their good reputation."

"The repair to my refrigerator water line was quick the technician (Jorge) was great explained my options was courteous and professional. 5 star service thank you !"

"Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The plumber was knowledgeable, respectful, and left everything clean after the repair."
