"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

"I have attempted to reach out to Burns Handyman Services regarding the damage to my rental. I secured Benjamin for a job to mount televisions in my townhome, and while I was happy with the first install, he drilled a hole right into a water line, which happened to be the Riverside County Fire Department's water suppression system. Both the owners of the property have made several attempts to reach out and try to resolve the issue and the damages, and we haven't gotten any calls back. This is unprofessional and downright negligent. I hope you all have insurance, because you will be left with all the damages if God forbid a water line is mistaken for a stud. Please do the right thing and call us back. This has been going on for over a month now with no RESOLVE."
